To Get PC Name-Click Here then Click Open/Run (Don't Save)

It is very important that we have your computer's correct network name - just click the link above!
Click open/run (must use Internet Explorer not FireFox) and note the 3rd line of the DOS Window.
Enter that information into the box below where we ask for the PC Name (It is NOT Dell, Gateway, IBM, etc).
If you wish you can write it down or make a label for your computer so you don't have to do this each time.
This provides the network name of the computer you are using to entering this ticket - not valid for home/other PC.

To Add a Printer - Click Here -> Click on School -> Click on Printer -> Close Open Windows
This installs the selected printer for the current login name at the computer you are using to access this page.

For FireFox/Chrome - Click Start - Run - In the Box Type - Explorer \\Middle1\AddPrinters - Click OK.
